Under Resolution of the Russian Government No 1138 of September 20, 2017 the federal target program “The Development of Russia's Transport System (2010-2020)” has been extended till 2021.

The program includes the facilities and the events of the federal target programs, “Modernization of the Unified Air Traffic Management System in the Russian Federation (2009-2020)” and “The Economic and Social Development of the Far East and Baikal Region for the Period up to 2018”.

The federal target program, “The Development of Russia's Transport System (2010-2020)” has been approved by Resolution of the Russian Government No 848 of December 05, 2001 and included in the government program, “The Development of the Transport System”.
