Vostochny Branch Major Activities

     In accordance with the Statute for the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch, approved by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order № 31/OD dated 03.11.2003, the principal aims of the branch are as follows: 
     • Creation, maintenance, operations and development of federal property assigned to the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vostochny branch; 
     • Execution of works (rendering services) in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka; 
     • Realization in the established order of federal target programs of marine transport development in Primorye Territory. 

     To fulfill the set targets, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch carries out the following types of activity, permitted by its Statute: 
     - Organization of effective usage of federal property, assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch; 
     - Safe operations of hydrotechnical installations, navigation safety systems and other port infrastructure facilities assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch; 
     - Leasing the property assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch, in the established order, control over its safety, proper maintenance, its targeted and effective usage; monitoring of observance of provisions of lease contracts by lessees; 
     - Participation in development and obtaining of approvals of general schemes, strategic plans, feasibility studies of development, reconstruction, modernization and re-equipment of transport and technological transshipment complexes and other objects and facilities of coastal port infrastructure in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka; 
     - Technical supervision of construction, participation in operation of state commissions for choice of building sites and commissioning of port facilities; 
     - Repairs, modernization and building of hydrotechnical installations and other port facilities, including transshipment complexes and terminals; 
     - Execution of dredging works ensuring navigation safety and maintenance of the declared depths of the water areas, approaching canals and moorings in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka;
     - Participation in rescue operations, elimination of pollution in the water areas of the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka; 
     - Operations and repairs of subsidiary service fleet, assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny branch, financing its construction; 
     - Rendering services (executing of works) in the water areas and at harbor approaches of the seaports Vostochny and Nakhodka, in particular: 
       - Pilotage;
       - Ecological services
       - Towage.
