The second week of the FSUE "Rosmorport" educational program "Wind of distant wanderings" in the children's camp "Shtormovoy" of the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok" came to an end. For 14 days 73 winners of the "My Port" project attended training courses, participated in general events and competitions.

So, on July 4, an official event took place, namely a dedication to young sailors, where at a special ceremony the tutors handed the children real naval jacks. On July 6, a formation and song competition took place, in which seven crews of the children's camp "Shtormovoy" took part, including three crews of the winners of the "My Port" project – "Naporistiy", "Pylkiy" and "Reshitelniy". The jury of the competition assessed the crew integration, the beauty of formation techniques and straightening, the clear performance of the song, as well as the actions of the commander.

The crews "Naporistiy" and "Reshitelniy", who became winners in their age groups, mastered the formation techniques in the best way. According to the jury, Nikita Gubarev from the crew "Pylkiy", one of the winners of the "My Port" contest, became the best commander. All children successfully coped with the tests and confirmed the awarded title of young sailor.

Recall that this week children from the children's camp "Shtormovoy" were able to try themselves in new fields of the thematic program of FSUE "Rosmorport". The children created an echo sounder model for measuring depth and a Morse alphabet apparatus, and together with a professional marinist painted the wall of the "Shtormovoy" camp building. The children will present the results of their activities at the end of the season at the Project Festival.
