The Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev had extended his gratitude to Anastasia Boldoreva, Head of the Legal Analysis and Regulation Department of FSUE "Rosmorport", for her success in work, high professional skill, and great personal contribution to solving production tasks.

Anastasia Boldoreva has been working at FSUE "Rosmorport" since January 2004. She has established herself as a highly qualified and hardworking employee, a responsible and initiative leader who is able to solve difficult tasks. She knows the legislation of the Russian Federation at a high level in various branches of law, freely understands all changes and amendments in laws.

The division she is in charge of competently carries out legal support, legal analysis and regulation of the enterprise's activities, and also coordinates and monitors the work of the legal services of FSUE "Rosmorport" branches.

In 2020, Anastasia Boldoreva personally took part in the work related to the drafts of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, which are very important for the activities of FSUE "Rosmorport" and the industry as a whole. In particular, she took part in the finalization of draft federal laws governing the procedure for corporatization of FSUE "Rosmorport", taking into account the special status of the enterprise's property, provided that its work was continued. At this moment, the draft laws are approved by the Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation on legislative activities.
