The credit rating agency Expert RA assigned a ruAAA credit rating to the debut issue of bonds of the 001Р-01 series of FSUE “Rosmorport”. On October 16, the company collected bids for the issue of bonds in the amount of 4 billion rubles with repayment in 5 years. The final benchmark for the 1st coupon rate at the time of closing of the bid book was set at 5.9% per annum.

Earlier in July 2020, Expert RA confirmed the ruAAA credit rating of the company.

Under the program of exchange-traded bonds, the company placed the bonds with semi-annual coupons and debt amortization in equal shares starting from the 4th coupon. The starting date of the placement is October 21, 2020. The price of the placement is 100% of the face value. The placement was organized by Otkritie FC Bank and JSC "Alfa-Bank".

The proceeds from the placement of securities will be used to finance the investment program of the enterprise, including construction of infrastructure projects included in the CPMI, as well as to support the fleet renovation program.
