The expected amount of financing of federal property objects under these projects at the expense of the equity capital, as well as attracted funds, is about 19.2 billion rubles. The implementation of these projects will increase the capacity of seaports by more than 80 million tons per year.

In 2020, major investment projects will continue to be implemented, which will significantly affect the achievement of the federal project's target for the period up to 2024. This is the construction of a specialized coal transshipment complex in Muchke Bay of Vanino seaport, the construction of port infrastructure LLC "Ultramar" in the seaport of Ust-Luga, the construction project of a coal terminal in Sukhodol Bay, in which the FSUE "Rosmorport" has already begun dredging on the operational waters of the terminal. As part of the federal project "The Seaports of Russia ", it is planned to increase the capacity of seaports to 1.28 billion tons by 2024, which will allow for an increase in transshipment to 284 million tons per year.

Currently, six measures have been carried out, which have already provided an increase in capacity of 26 million tons per year: the reconstruction of facilities in the second cargo area of Murmansk seaport (an increase of 2 million tons), reconstruction of a container terminal in Baltiysk, Kaliningrad Region (an increase of 1.5 million tons), construction of berth No. 38 in the seaport of Novorossiysk (an increase of 3.5 million tons), an integrated development of the "Vostochny-Nakhodka" hub (an increase of 16.5 million tons), construction of a regasification terminal in the Kaliningrad region (an increase of 2 million tons ), construction of a coal terminal near Otkryty Cape (Primorsky region) ("Port Vera" LLC) (growth of 0.45 million tons in 2019).
