Pursuant to item 2(b) of Russia’s Government Directive No 670-r of March 19, 2020 (as amended by Russia’s Government Directive No 1296-r of May 16, 2020) FSUE “Rosmorport” informs leaseholders included in the unified register of small- and medium-sized entrepreneurship about an opportunity to sign additional agreements to federal real estate rental contracts, which have been conclude before April 1, 2020, and granting a delay in lease payments from April 1 to October 1, 2020.

Rent receivable shall be payable on January 1, 2021 at the earliest, at the time proposed by leaseholders but no later than January 1, 2023, gradually, no more frequently than once a month in equal-sized payments the amount of which does not exceed the amount of a monthly lease payment under a contract of lease.

Should a leaseholder be interested in granting a delay, it is necessary to send an appeal attaching a filed form of a supplemental agreement to the rental contract in part of terms for granting a delay toward a branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” at the location of the leased property. Moreover, if a leaseholder has made lease payments under the rental agreement of April-May 2020 it is also possible to report on the need to return them or use them in lieu of future payments.
