On November 20, 2018, within the framework of the international industrial exhibition "Transport of Russia – 2018," the working meeting of FSUE "Rosmorport"  General Director Andrey Lavrishchev and director of FSBEI "All-Russian Children Center "Orlyonok" Alexander Jeus took place. The enterprise and the educational center have friendly and partnership relations. The joint project "My Port" exists and has been developing since 2015. During this time hundreds of teenagers from all corners of the country were able to become participants of the project and visit one of the best children's centers of the country – the All-Russian Children Center "Orlyonok".

During the meeting Andrey Lavrishchev and Alexander Jeus summed up the results of the partnership shift of FSUE "Rosmorport" in 2018 and discussed new directions of the educational program for the next year.

The project "My Port" is aimed at preparation of future industry professionals among today's schoolchildren. It is a unique opportunity for children to gather knowledge in the field of work of seaports, to get acquainted with modern technological developments, to acquire primary maritime skills. In all endeavours young seafarers are assisted by experienced teachers and recognized masters of their business.

In 2019, the new participant of the project will be FSBEI "All-Russian Children Center "Okean". Andrey Lavrishchev discussed issues of promising interaction and implementation of joint training programs with Andrey Bazilevsky, director of the Children's Center in Vladivostok. This was reflected in the cooperation agreement signed during the forum.

For FSUE "Rosmorport" the work in the field of professional orientation is a multi-year process that allows to raise interest in seafaring among the younger generation, and in the future acquire competent and highly qualified professionals who love and appreciate their work.
