Information on FSUE “Rosmorport” icebreaker support in Russian seaports as of December 17, 2018

Since the beginning of the 2018-2019 navigation in Russian freezing seaports FSUE “Rosmorport” icebreakers have provided support for 680 vessels.

The main volume of work has been carried out in the Azov Basin. As of December 17 the icebreakers have provided support for 658 vessels. They also provide support in the Arctic Basin for five vessels in the White Sea and in the seaport of Arkhangelsk and for five vessels in the seaport of Sabetta. The icebreakers have provided support for 12 vessels in the Baltic Basin on the Bolshoy Tranzundsky Roadstead – the water areas of the seaports of Vyborg, Vysotsk – the Saimaa channel section.

The world’s largest FSUE “Rosmorport| diesel icebreaker fleet, which includes 35 icebreakers of various power, guarantees all-year-round access to Russian freezing seaports.
