FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director takes part in a joint session of the Collegium and the Rosmorrechflot Public Council

Russian Deputy Transport Minister, Rosmorrechflot head Yuri Tsvetkov took part in an expanded meeting in Moscow on December 19, 2018 with the participation of the Collegium and the Rosmorrechflot Public Council.

The session was attended by director of Russia’s Transport Ministry Department for State Policy in the Sphere of Marine and River Transport Yuri Kostin, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Coordination Transport Conference of the CIS member-states Aleksandr Davydenko, Rostransnadzor deputy head Sergei Saritsky, FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrei Lavrishchev, representatives of Rosmorrechflot and subordinate enterprises, business structures, public organizations and associations of marine and river transport.

The preliminary results of the 2018 navigation on inland waterways were one of the priorities of the meeting. Special attention was paid to ensuring transportation security of the water transport infrastructure facilities, including navigable hydraulic structures on Russian inland waterways.

During the event, the Rosmorrechflot head gave a report on the results of citizen appeals to Rosmorrechflot in 2018.

The participants in the meeting determined the areas of work of the Collegium in the year ahead.

Within the event by tradition a ceremony has been held to award the most distinguished enterprises and employees. Under a resolution taken by the Rosmorrechflot head, Yuri Tsvetkov, employees of FSUE “Rosmorrechflot” has been awarded with the Rosmorrechflot letter of gratitude for the successful contribution to organizing and holding the working group of the Arctic Council in compliance with the Program of the Arctic Maritime Environment.

Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch Sergei Pylin has been awarded with the badge “The Honored Worker of the Maritime Fleet”.
