Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No. UZ-119-r of April 02, 2019 an amendment has been made to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter, which was registered by Interdistrict Inspectorate of Russia’s Tax Service for Moscow No. 46 on April 18, 2019 according to the established procedure and entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under Register Number 2197747277760.

The change is linked with expanding a list of permitted types of FSUE “Rosmorport” statutory activity. A new type of activity has been added to give an assessment on safety of vessels and port facilities and develop plans in this aspect.

Thus, due to the amendment made to the Charter the enterprise is now entitled to carry out 61 types of statutory activity.
