Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No UZ-372-r of August 27, 2019, an amendment was made to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter. According to the established procedure this amendment was registered by the Inter-District Inspectorate of Russia’s Federal Tax Service No 46 for Moscow on September 05, 2019 and entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under No 6197748334602.

The amendment was conditioned by expanding a list of the statutory activities of the enterprise and the activities for carrying out the operations linked to the conducting of the federal statistical observation.
