Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No UC-277-р of August 13, 2018, an amendment has been made to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter. In accordance with the established procedure the amendment was registered by Inter-District Inspectorate of the Russian Federal Tax Service No 46 for Moscow and entered into the Single State Register of Legal Persons under State Registration No 9187748478975.

The change is linked with increasing the charter capital of FSUE “Rosmorport” due to Resolution No 782 issued by the Russian Federal Agency for State Property Management Territorial Administration in Moscow June 14, 2018. The resolution has been taken due to increasing the enterprise’s charter capital using budget investments to the cost of property put on the books of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the amount of 38 492 517 828 Rubles 98 Kopecks (thirty eight billion four hundred ninety-two million five hundred seventeen thousand eight hundred twenty-eight Rubles 98 Kopecks).

At present, upon making amendments the FSUE “Rosmorport” charter capital amounts to 102 717 118 998 Rubles 84 Kopecks (one hundred two billion seven hundred seventeen million one hundred eighteen thousand nine hundred ninety-eight Rubles 84 Kopecks).
