FSUE “Rosmorport” takes part in Transport of Russia – 2019 exhibition

The major annual exhibition “Transport of Russia – 2019” opened in Gostiny Dvor in Moscow November 19, 2019. The exhibition is devoted to the 210th anniversary of the Ministry of Transport. As an official partner of the event FSUE “Rosmorport” has taken part in the major event of the industry for more than 10 years.

During the exhibition, Russian presidential special envoy for environment activities, ecology and transport Sergei Ivanov and Russian Transport Minister Yevgeny Ditrikh visited the FSUE “Rosmorport” exposition. FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Lavrishchev reported on the implementation of strategic projects for the port infrastructure development. Special attention was paid to the Far East projects presented in the 3D interactive format.

This year the enterprise presents a visual performance indicator system on its stand. The innovation service is the necessary stage to create a situation centre aimed at making the work of the enterprise stable, controlling the state of the port infrastructure and the fleet in the online mode. The 3D-format visual room demonstrates production processes for building the up-dated technological dredger “Yuri Maslyukov” with the hold capacity of 2000 cubic meters. The dredger has been put afloat this year and soon it will be included in the dredging fleet of the enterprise.

FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Lavrishchev, the Deputy General Directors and the directors of the FSUE “Rosmorport” branches took part in a business agenda of the first day of the exhibition. Russia’s seaports are one of the most dynamically developing components of the transport sector. A conference “The Seaports are the Driver for Economic Development” was devoted to the development of the port infrastructure, measures to synchronize the railway, motor road and port infrastructures and mechanisms of public private partnership.
