On August 15-16, 2017 FSUE “Rosmorport” Executive Director Andrei Lavrishchev made a working visit to the Azov Basin Branch.

While in Rostov-on-Dov the Executive Director met with the management and employees of the Branch to discuss the program of the Branch's activities in the first six months of 2017. Special attention was paid to maintenance of berth constructions and priority lines of activities. A video conference was held with representatives of Rosmorrechflot, the central office of FSUE “Rosmorport”, FBI “Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot” to discuss the works for reconstruction of Berth No 1 in Kagalnik Settlement (Lotspost).

During the visit, Andrey Lavrishchev also visited the seaport of Taganrog and inspected the production and repair base of the Azov Basin Branch Taganrog Directorate where vessels are repaired, ship power plants are modernized, and floating and nonfloating aids to navigation are made and repaired.

During the working trip, Andrey Lavrishchev held a conference with head of FSBI “Administration of Azov Seaports” Sergei Safonichev and chairman of the Association “Waterborne Transport of Don” Alexander Ogaryov to discuss further cooperation.
