According to the Order of the Rosmorrechflot dd 20.02.2017 No. VO-31-r FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter that in accordance with the established procedure was registered by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No.46 for the city of Moscow on March 13, 2017 and entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under state registration number 7177746455100 was updated.

The update is connected with the clarification of the construction customer's function that FSUE “Rosmorport” is entitled to fulfill. Specifically, FSUE “Rosmorport” is authorized to fulfill construction customer's functions during buildings, premises and facilities designing, construction (reconstruction) and equipping (technical equipment) that are necessary to establish border control, customs control and other types of control exerted in the checkpoints through the state boundary of the Russian Federation in the seaports.

The updates indicated are aimed to enhance the efficiency of the FSUE “Rosmorport” activities concerning creation and equipment of the objects of the sea checkpoints through the state boundary of the Russian Federation.

The updates entered into the Charter will allow FSUE “Rosmorport” during the current year to start the planned equipment and outfitting operations at the sea checkpoints through the state boundary of the Russian Federation in the passenger terminal buildings located in the Murmansk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Seaports.
