According to the Order of the Rosmorrechflot dd 08.02.2017 No. VO-16-r an amendment was introduced to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter. The amendment was registered in accordance with the established procedure by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No.46 for the city of Moscow on March 13, 2017 and entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under state registration number 7177746455110.

The change was due to the increase of the Charter Capital of the organization of almost up to 31,5 bln. RUR which was caused by the increase of the properties' cost the construction of which was finished using budget investment and which are assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of the right of economic management in 2014-2015.

At present, after the amending the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter capital is 64 224 601 169 (sixty four milliards two hundred twenty four millions six hundred one thousand one hundred and sixty nine) Rubles 86 Kopecks.
