On February 2, 2017 FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Tarasenko took part in the visiting meeting in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport Victor Olersky.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of  Rosmorrechflot Nadezhda Zhikhareva, Deputy Director General for Construction of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Alexey Nemkov, as well as management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch. Issues discussed at the meeting were: the implementation of project activities on berths No. 1, 2, 3 and the possibility of mooring cruise ships to berths No. 4, 5, 8r in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, construction of piers in the village of Nikolskoye, Kamchatka Krai. In addition, issues of vessel traffic management systems designing (VTS) in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky were discussed at the meeting.

Also, Rosmorrechflot representatives and FSUE “Rosmorport” management got acquainted with the pace of work on the preparation of the commissioning of the building of the Maritime Station in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The delegation visited the pier No. 5, which is currently under general repair.
