On January 26, 2017 FSUE “Rosmorport” conducted a meeting on the management  of the “Methodological Recommendations on the Assessment of the Market Value of the Infrastructure Objects of the Seaports and Market Value of Rent for Their Using (Market Value of Property Rights of Usage under the Lease Agreement)” project.

Working meeting was chaired by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Executive Director Andrey  Lavrishchev. The discussion of the project was attended by representatives of the Association of Commercial Sea Ports, the participants of the Council of the consumers on the activities of the FSUE “Rosmorport”, Rosmorrechflot representatives, as well as developers of the methodological recommendations of the All-Russia public organization “Russian Society of Appraisers”.

Participants of the meeting discussed further development in order to create a uniform methodological basis for an objective professional assessment of the market value of the infrastructure of Russian seaports.

Following the meeting, a working group was established for reviewing and adjustment of the draft before the end of February 2017.
