On December 15, 2016, final extended meeting of the Rosmorrechflot Collegium and the Public Council under the Rosmorrechflot, chaired by Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport Victor Olersky was held in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by Acting Head of Rostransnadzor Sergey Saritsky, special representative of Russian President for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic Artur Chilingarov, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Coordination Transport Meeting of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CTM CIS) Aleksandr Davydenko, General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” Andrey Tarasenko, as well as representatives of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation, Federal agency of sea and river transport, public organizations, associations of maritime and river transport.

The meeting participants discussed organization of work for the prevention of corruption crimes. A report was presented on the results of consideration of citizens’ applications to Rosmorrechflot for 2016. FSUE “Rosmorport” presented the Comprehensive Development Plan to ensure safety of navigation systems in the national ports in the period of 2017 to 2019. Following the meeting results, main directions of work of the Collegium in the coming year were identified.

Victor Olersky awarded a commemorative medal “Patriot of Russia” to FSUE “Rosmorport” Deputy General Director for Navigation Safety Victor Vanyukov and thanked everyone for their hard work and congratulated with the coming New Year.
