On December 15, 2016, Rosmorrechflot Collegium Experts Council Meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport Viktor Olersky was held in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by representatives of organisations subordinate to Rosmorrechflot, Open Government, business structures and experts organisations.

The meeting participants discussed the results of technology audit of project documentation “Construction of maritime port infrastructure in the seaport of Kaliningrad. International sea terminal for receiving of cruise and cargo passenger vessels in the city of Pionersky of the Kaliningrad region” and R&D draft plan for 2017. Besides, R&D results “On preparation of scientifically reasonable proposals on construction of the 2nd line of the Volga-Don Sea Route” were summed up.
