FSUE “Rosmorport” is included in the list of organizations carrying out procurements in accordance with the requirement of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated 18.07.2011, which have the level of “high transparency” of procurement activities. The summing up of the “National Rating of Procurement Transparency” results was held on December 2016.

The participants of the rating are the most significant federal and regional purchasers, as well as the leaders of the Russian corporate sector. The main factor affecting the assessment of the procurement activity was the compliance with the standards of “transparency” and the economic efficiency of their procurement activities.

This year, over 400 purchasers became participants of the rating, including 70 largest state purchasers of the federal level, 83 Russian Federation subjects, 85 largest municipalities, which are the subjects of the Law on Procurement No. 223.

The presence of FSUE “Rosmorport” in this rating is a high estimation of daily work and professionalism of all the specialists of the enterprise, as well as an indication that the procurement management system meets the advanced requirements of construction procurement and regulations of the Russian Federation in the field of procurement.

Not stopping on reached, FSUE “Rosmorport” continues to work to increase “transparency” by upgrading the operational monitoring of the procurement group of companies as a whole and improving the mechanisms of the procurement process.
