By FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 574 dated 22.11.2016, from December 1, 2016 new organization’s standard “Procedure of evaluation of costs of works on inspection and monitoring of the technical condition of the port hydraulic structures. Methodical instructions StO 14649425-003-2016” came into force.

This standard has been developed by the enterprise in accordance with Federal Law No. 162-FZ dated 29.06.2015 “On Standardization in the Russian Federation” in order to implement provision of Federal Law No. 184-FZ dated 27.12.2002 “On technical regulation”, ensure observance of technical requirements of the Technical Regulation on  Safety of the Sea Transport Facilities, approved by the Russian Federation Decree No. 620 dated 12.08.2010 and National Standard GOST 54523-2011 “Port Hydraulic Structures. Rules for Inspection and Monitoring of Technical Condition”.

The document is a normative technical act of the enterprise, which establishes requirements for evaluation of cost for all types of works on inspection and monitoring of technical condition of the port hydraulic structures.

The requirements of the approved standard are applied to all port hydraulic structures, which are assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” under the right of economic management.

The Standard is obligatory for all the structural subdivisions of the enterprise and recommended for other organizations, which can use it as an option.

The use of the standard allows ensuring unified reasonable price policy when evaluating the cost of these works taking into account the requirements of the Russian Federation and technical legislations for the used equipment.
