Federal Law dated July 3, 2016 No. 321-FZ “On introduction of changes in certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on procurement of goods, works, services to satisfy the state and municipal needs and needs of certain types of legal bodies” introduced changes to Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated 18.07.2011 “On procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal bodies” and Federal Law dated 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ “On contractual system in the field of procurements of goods, works, services to satisfy the state and municipal needs” (hereinafter - Federal Law 44-FZ).

From January 1, 2017, FSUE “Rosmorport” switches over to procurement of goods, works, services in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law 44-FZ.

In accordance with it, the selection of suppliers is carried out in the form of electronic auction, invitation to tender, as well as by other methods envisaged in part 2 of Art. 24 of Federal Law 44-FZ. Procurement from the only supplier is envisaged by part 1 art. 93 of Federal Law 44-FZ.
