As a strategical partner, FSUE “Rosmorport” takes part in “Transport of Russia – 2016” international exhibition. The event takes place in Gostiny Dvor, Moscow, from November 30 to December 2.

“Transport of Russia” is one of the largest international sectorial event, which encourages interaction between business and authority for joint addressing of challenges faced by the Russian Federation transport complex. Leading transport companies present their innovative inventions on the area of over 3500 sq. m.

Participants and guests of the “Transport week” were greeted by Special Presidential Representative for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport Sergei Ivanov, Aide to the President Igor Levitin and Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maksim Sokolov, which stressed the significance of the held event for the development of the whole transport complex of the country.

This year, on its stand, FSUE “Rosmorport” presents projects of dredging facilities development. With the support of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Rosmorrechflot, the enterprise keeps gradually extending the composition of own fleet.

In 2016, launch of three dredgers with hold capacity 1,000 m3, which are used for repair dredging in water areas and approaches to the seaports Big Port Saint Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Tuapse and Makhachkala, has been held on the “Krasnoe Sormovo” shipyard (Nizhny Novgorod). Besides, in 2016, Severnaya Dvina dredger with hold capacity 2,000 m3, which is used in water area and approaches to the seaport of Arkhangelsk, has been launched on “Song Thu Corporation” shipyard (Da Nang, Vietnam).
