By Rosmorrechflot Order No. VO-226-r dated 23.09.2016, an amendment was introduced to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Articles, which in accordance with the established order was registered by Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 46 in Moscow on October 31, 2016 and recorded in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under state registration number 9167749457196.

The amendment is related to increase in Authorized fund of the enterprise by over 7.2 billion rubles., which is due to the increase in value of property, constructed at the expense of public investment, and assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” on right of economic management in 2012 - 2013 years.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” Authorized fund after the amendments is now 32,729,470,065 thirty-two billion seven hundred twenty-nine million four hundred and seventy thousand and sixty-five) rubles 83 kopecks.
