On September 8, 2016 in the city of Constanta there will start the main maritime event of the year - Black Sea Regatta Tall Ships 2016.

Nadezhda and Mir sailing ships owned by FSUE “Rosmorport” have already moored in the Romanian seaport and invited on board all sailing sport fans.

Within three days, residents and guests of Constanta will have a unique opportunity not only to admire the parade of vessels, but also to see the solemn march of crews, as well as to go aboard sailing ships. The festive program includes music concerts, sporting events and colorful fireworks.

The first stage of the race will begin on September 11, when the sailing flotilla will begin the transition to Novorossiysk. Then vessels will proceed to Sochi. From the Olympic capital sailing ships will go to the final stage of the race along the route Sochi - Varna (Bulgaria).
