On July 23, 2016 Sommers dredger of TSHD project, built under the FSUE “Rosmorport” order started operations in the seaport of Makhachkala.

By the end of this year the trailing suction hopper dredger is to carry out priority repair and dredging works on limiting sections of access channel and channel bucket of the Neftenalivnaya harbor of the seaport in order to bring depth to the design parameters.

Dredging works conduction is an important task, implementation of which will give an opportunity to significally increase cargo turnover of the seaport of Makhachkala.
