FSUE “Rosmorport” has developed and approved a standard for organization “Regulation on the Procedure of Development and Harmonization of Petition (Declaration) on Intent to Invest in Construction and Reconstruction of Seaport Infrastructure Facilities” StO 14649425-0002-2016.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for development, harmonization and composition of Petition (Declaration) on Intent to Invest in Construction and Reconstruction of Seaport Infrastructure Facilities.

The Standard is applied at justification of intent to invest in construction and reconstruction of seaport infrastructure.

The document is advisory in nature and is applied on a voluntary basis. If an investor makes a decision to apply it, compliance with the standard becomes mandatory.
