On June 18, 2016 Mir sailing ship departed from the seaport Big Port Saint Petersburg for another sail with new cadet crew.

132 cadets of Admiral Makarov Maritime Academy and Maritime Technical College will pass sailing training on board. The training lasts 3,5 month during which the cadets are to solidify their theoretical knowledge and to be trained in the open sea.

In accordance with the schedule, the sailing ship moors in the seaport of  Delfzijl (Netherlands) on June 29.
