On June 17, 2016, as a part of the 20th Petersburg International Economic Forum, FSUE “Rosmorport” and “OTEKO” Group of Companies signed a series of agreements on cooperation in implementation of projects for the development of the port infrastructure on the Taman Peninsula.

The documents were signed by FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Tarasenko and AO “OTEKO” General  Director Sergey Gubinets.

Under the agreements, the parties are expected to maintain cooperation in building facilities of the Taman bulk cargo terminal of OOO “OTEKO-PortServis”, as well as facilities of the Taman grain terminal of OOO “Taman Agroholding”, transshipment base for oversize and heavy cargo, the Taman oil terminal and Taman base of LPG of ZAO “Tamanneftegaz”.

Following the implementation of all above mentioned projects, port capacities of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch are planned to be increased by about 60 million tons.  

After the signing ceremony, Andrey Tarasenko took part in a press briefing on the development of the port infrastructure.
