In order to assess and enhance quality of services rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of Russia and to ensure public control for enterprise's activity, FSUE “Rosmorport” has developed and introduces methods for assessment of customers’ satisfaction with enterprise’s work.

Assessment of enterprise’s work satisfaction is carried out by filling a questionnaire by consumers of services.

The results of the questionnaire will be quarterly published on our web-site, not later than on 20^th day of the month following the past quarter.
