From 30 November till 5 December 2015 Moscow hosts one of the most significant events of the transport industry — «Transport Week — 2015». Today, 3 December, the IX international exhibition and forum «Transport of Russia» was festively opened.

The opening speech was said by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Arkadiy Dvorkovich and Minister of Transport Maksim Sokolov, who emphasized the role the event plays in transport development of the whole state.

Gostiny Dvor exhibition centre, which annually welcomes the guests of this exhibition, has once more gathered more than seven thousand representatives of state authorities, of Russian and foreign business, of scientific and educational institutions, and public organizations.

FSUE “Rosmorport”, also being an exhibitor, represented an exposition dedicated to its major activities and projects under implementation. In the very first day of the exhibition FSUE “Rosmorport” was visited by Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maksim Sokolov.

Unique exposition, imitating a sailing ship, perfectly creates atmosphere of a real frigate and won’t leave you emotionless – in the very first day the “sailing ship” turned to be one of the most visited stands. The composition topic has its background: nowadays FSUE “Rosmorport” is the single company in the world with 3 sailing ships of historical meaning, they are: Mir, Nadezhda and Chersonesos. Cadets from marine institutes have their internship on-board of the vessels.
