IT division and fleet operation department have worked out a system of fuels and lubricants accounting, that also checks observed life of essential mechanisms of the icebreaking fleet of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

The system design was started in September 2013. Architecture of the system, data layout and interworking with other systems were designed.

During the pilot project that started in January 2014 six vessels from North-Western Basin, Astrakhan and Arkhangelsk Branches were registered in the system.

According to the project results it was decided to register all FSUE “Rosmorport” vessels in the system of fuels and lubricants accounting.

The system is based on web-technologies and designed with the help of ASP.Net MVC. Only FSUE “Rosmorport” resources were used in work-out process, no third parties have been engaged.

Implementation of the system of fuels and lubricants accounting enables the enterprise to control fuels and lubricants consumption and track down technical and operational characteristics of the mechanisms.

Due to reporting system consolidated data can be reviewed for each vessel for the given period of time. 

The accounting system usage allows enterprise to save its fuel and lubricants for more than 200 mln rubles a year.
