FSUE “Rosmorport” informs that amendments have been made to its Statute, according to which the enterprise is to provide ice pilotage services in the Northern Sea Route waters and perform other activities.

By Rosmorrechflot regulation dated 03.09.2015 No. KS-314-r the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute was amended. According to the established procedure, the amendments were registered by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 46 in Moscow on 15.09.2015 and were entered into the Unified Register of Legal Bodies under state registration number 7157747853872.

In accordance with the amendments, the list of 55 permitted types of activities was supplemented by ice pilotage services in the waters of the Northern Sea Route, which FSUE “Rosmorport” is now entitled to provide to all interested ship owners.

Besides, the clauses of the Charter were adjusted, and now define the rights of the enterprise to perform the permitted types of activities for which the Russian legislation demands to receive special permissions, licenses and certificates.

Pilotage is one of the main statutory activities of the enterprise. Pilotage services are provided in 54 Russian seaports by 15 branches of FSUE “Rosmorport”. The pilotage divisions of the enterprise number 650 people. In 2014 the pilotage divisions of FSUE “Rosmorport performed more than 122,8 thousand pilotage operations.
