During the International Investment Forum in Sochi on 19 September 2014 Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Area, FSUE «Rosmorport» and OJSC «Nenets Oil Company» signed an agreement on cooperation in realization of investment projects on construction of general-purpose and special-purpose transshipment terminals for cargo transshipment in the future Indiga seaport, and Naryan-Mar Seaport reconstruction.

The document was signed by Chief Deputy Head of Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Area Evgeniy Alexeev, General Director of FSUE «Rosmorport» Andrey Tarasenko and General Director of OJSC «Nenets Oil Company» Vladimir Hviyuzov.

Under the present Agreement its participants intend to cooperate during development of declaration on their intentions to invest into reconstruction of berths, rear sites, operational waters, approach channels on Pechora-river in Naryan-Mar Seaport, and also construction of general-purpose and special-purpose transshipment terminals for cargo transshipment near Indiga village in the Nenets Autonomous Area, on the Barents Sea coast.

Following the results of coordination of the declaration organized by Rosmorrechflot on the question of intentions to invest into the abovementioned projects, the parties will sign an agreement which will specify the cooperation procedure of the parties during designing, as well as the following constructing of the relevant objects, and the amount and procedure of the corresponding work financing.
