By Government of Russia order dated 02.09.2014 No. 1691-r the decision was made to provide the autonomous non-profit organization “United Transport Directorate” for free use for a period of one year three real property facilities located in Kavkaz seaport and owned by FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of economic control rights.
 
The port infrastructure facilities mentioned in the Government of Russia order are used for maintenance of marine ferries working on the line connecting the Cremea and Kavkaz seaports.
 
Providing the appropriate waterworks for free use of NPO “ETD”, which is the sole operator of carriage for the transport service of the Crimean Peninsula and coordinates the work of various kinds of related modes of transport, will enhance the efficiency of passenger transportation on the Kavkaz-Crimea ferry line.
