By Rosmorrechflot Regulation dated 01.08.2014 No. SG-294-r the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute was amended as the Far Eastern and Vostochny Branches was amended due to exclusion of the Far Eastern and Vostochny Branch of the enterprise.

According to the established procedure, the amendments to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute have been submitted to the territorial body of the Federal Tax Service of Russia having jurisdiction over its registered office for their state registration in the Unified State Registry of Legal Bodies.

The assets and liabilities of the Far Eastern and Vostochny branches, in accordance with the established procedure, have been transferred to the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
