On 29 April 2014 the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper published order of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia dated 12.03.2014 No. 53-t/2 “On approval of the rates of port dues for the services rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of the Russian Federation", which was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on 18 April 2014 under registry number 32029.

According to the order the rates of port dues were increased by 4.4 % in average in almost all seaports, except the ports of Arkhangelsk Branch, and also Sochi Seaport.

In order to decrease the losses from pilotage activities the rates of pilotage dues were adjusted in almost all seaports, including the ones for cabotage shipping. On the whole, the readjustment of pilotage dues made 7%.
Moreover, the rates of lighthouse dues in Ust-Luga Seaport and rates of canal dues in Vostochny Seaport were lowered by 10%.

Besides, the order of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia dated 12.03.2014 No. 53-t/2 establishes rates of navigation dues in Gelendzhik Seaport.

In accordance with the established procedure for entry into force of the normative documents issued by the federal executive bodies, the order will become effective within 10 days from its official publication, from 10 May 2014, 00:00 am on the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
