The FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director A.V. Tarasenko took part in the meeting of the Marine Board under the Government of the Russian Federation, which took place on 29 November, 2013 in Sochi and was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.O. Rogozin.

Among the participants of the meeting were Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade A.L. Rakhmanov, Deputy Minister of Transport V.A. Olerskiy, Deputy Head of Rosmorrechflot V.N. Vovk, Head of the Russian Navy V.V. Chirkov, representatives of federal and territorial executive bodies, oil and gas companies, shipyards and ship repairing enterprises and organizations.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director performed as supporting speaker for Deputy Minister of Transport V.A. Olerskiy on the following topics: “Functioning of the Russian Federation state border checkpoint facilities in Sochi Seaport”, and “Preparations for the SCF Black Sea Tall Ships Regatta 2014”. The agenda of the meeting also included such topics as shipbuilding, provision of repairs for the Navy and civil vessels, restoration of the cruise passenger shipping along the Black Sea Coast.
