In March 2013, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law dated 04.05.2011 № 99-FZ "On licensing of certaing types of activities" and Government of Russia decree dated 06.03.2012 № 193 "On licensing of certain types of activities at sea and inland water transport", Rostransnadzor reissued the License of Tugging by Sea Transport (except cases, when the mentioned activities are performed by the legal body, or individual enterpreneur to provide for their own needs) to FSUE "Rosmorport", in connection with the changes in the adresses of the places, where FSUE "Rosmorport" conducts thelicensed activities, and also the increase in the number of the tow boats of the enterprise.

In comparison with the licensed earlier received by FSUE "Rosmorport" the new license for tugging by sea transport dated 27.03.2013 series MT-3 № 000672 is was issued for an unlimited period of time and covers all tow boats of the eleven branches of the enterprise.
