In the framework of implementation of social policies FSUE "Rosmorport" announces a creativity competition "Fleet — the honour and glory of Russia" commemorated to the 10th anniversary of the enterprise.

The employees of the Headquarters and branches of FSUE "Rosmorport", their children and grandchildren, and also children from orphanages sponsored by the enterprise are welcome to participate in the competition.

Creative works including drawings, photos, rhymes and original songs related to port and sea transport activities will be assessed in the following nominations:
- "Russian sea fleet: yesterday, today, tomorrow";
- "Sea, do you hear me? It is your sailor that I would like to be";
- "We are 10!";
- "Sea traditions of my family".

The preliminary round will include exhibitions and presentations of the works of the participants, and will be held in the enterprise branches from March, 18 to May, 15. The final round and awards ceremony will be held in Moscow in June 2013.

Such events are necessary to increase the corporate involvement of employees, formation of positive attitude of children and youths to their parents' work, upbringing of intergenerational continuity in labor, formation of motivation for conscientious choice of profession by young people.
