By Federal Agency for State Property Management regulation dated 22.02.2013 № 108-р on the basis of the application of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport dated 11.12.2012 №АД-24/13183, and in accordance with the Federal law dated 14.11.2002 № 161-ФЗ and the Government of Russia regulation dated 03.12.2004 № 739, it is decided to increase the FSUE "Rosmorport" statutory fund by the sum of 10,134,570,938 (ten billion one hundred and thirty-four million five hundred and seventy thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight) roubles 13 kopeks, which comprises the amount of budget investments into the property objects secured to the enterprise on the basis of economic control rights. After the increase the FSUE "Rosmorport" statutory fund will reach 25,511,318,382 (twenty-five billion five hundred and eleven million three hundred and eighteen thousand three hundred and eighty-two) roubles 69 kopeks.

On the basis of the above mentioned Federal Agency for State Property Management  regulation appropriate amendments will be made to the FSUE "Rosmorport" Statute.
