By the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport order dated 01.03.2011 № 123 a tender, auction and quotation committee for order placement for state needs supplies, works and services on the FSUE “Rosmorport” object “Construction of a diesel-powered open sea icebreaker with 25 MW capacity” (hereafter The United Committee) was established. The object was included in the Marine Transport Subprogram of a federal special-purpose program “Development of Russian transport system in 2010-2015”.

The tender documentation for the object open competitive tender is being designed at the moment.
