By the Federal law of the Russian Federation dated July, 1st, 2010 № 141-FZ changes to the subsection 1 item 2 article 337 of the Commercial Shipping Code of the Russian Federation, specializing the definition of rescue operation were made.

Federal law comes into force in 10 days after the date of its official publication.
