I sincerely congratulate you on the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War!

No matter how many years have passed since the victorious May 1945, we will always remember the feat of the multinational Soviet people and those who did not return from the front and gave freedom to the whole world at the cost of their lives.

Victory Day uniting us with feelings of great joy and deep sorrow and serves as a reminder and warning. Today, when modern Russian society demonstrates unity and civil consent in matters of preserving the statehood and national identity of our country, this holiday has acquired a new sound. The Great Victory is not only the most important chapter in history, but also a solid moral support and a source of inner strength for many generations.
