The North-Eastern Basin Branch has been established as a result of institutional arrangements on adding two liquidated branches of the enterprise, Anadyr and Magadan ones, to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch.

According to the Rosmorrechflot order No. ZD-66-r dated March 20, 2023, the corresponding amendments were made to the Charter of FSUE “Rosmorport”. Thus, today the structure of the enterprise includes 12 branches operating in 24 subjects of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 107 dated March 23, 2023, the Statute on the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch was approved.

The North-Eastern Basin Branch is a separate subdivision of FSUE “Rosmorport”, which includes the Anadyr Directorate and the Magadan Directorate.

The branch is not a separate legal entity, it operates on behalf of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of Anadyr, Beringovskiy, Vanino, De-Kastri, Magadan, Cape Lazarev, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Okhotsk, Pevek, Provideniya, Sovetskaya Gavan, Egvekinot.
