FSUE “Rosmorport” Director-General A.V. Lavrishchev and Economics and Finance Deputy Director General Ya.V. Bykov met with representatives of the Expert RA rating agency in Moscow on July 24, 2018.

The meeting focused on key aspects of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the history and prospects for the development of the Rosmorport group, state and private partnership in the maritime sphere. Management of the enterprise spoke in detail about certain issues of the rating agency.

The parties discussed financial reporting of the Rosmorport group, the achievements and the place of the corporate group in the industry and the development strategy of FSUE “Rosmorport and dependent companies.

For the first time the enterprise is undergoing a test with respect to assigning credit rating: prior to registering a debut exchange bond issue program and for the purpose of the successful floatation of the first bond issue it is of particular importance for the enterprise to assign the high rating.
