Internal meeting for FSUE «Rosmorport» employees in charge of staffing, job payment and management in the central office and the branches was held in Moscow on December 13-14, 2017.

The goal of the meeting was to discuss personnel management, job payment and job management, and HR records keeping.

The participants in the meeting summed up the results of the work in 2017 and accounted for the state of personnel work in the branches.

The meeting focused on aspects for applying professional standards and the draft internal rules and regulations and the drafts of Internal Regulations and Regulations on compensation of steermen and pilots. Special attention was paid to the work with employee pool, such as training of personnel, attracting specialists and graduates of educational institutions. Representatives of the enterprise’s branches exchanged views on enhancement of career education.

Summing up the results of the meeting, the participants payed special attention to the need of further development of the 1C system in part of HR recordkeeping and stressed the importance of the events for maintaining the common systematic approach in providing staffing support.
