During the working trip to the Republic of Dagestan on July 6-7, 2017, FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Tarasenko visited the enterprise's Makhachkala Branch and met its employees. The meeting also involved interim head of Rosimushchestvo territorial office for the Republic of Dagestan Murad Gadzhiyev.

The General Director praised the Branch's activities and outlined the priorities of the work. Andrey Tarasenko discussed the matter of creation of a pilotage service and focused on the dredging operations carried out by the Branch. Special attention was paid to the need to attract investments for further development of the seaport of Makhachkala.

Upon completion of the meeting Andrey Tarasenko congratulated the Branch's employees on the belated professional day – the Day of Marine and River Transport Employees and the 5^th anniversary of the creation of the FSUE “Rosmorport” branch in Makhachkala.
